A 432-hour programme across thirty-six weeks preparing adults for the California high school equivalency examination, covering mathematics, language arts, social studies and science. There are six re-entry points across the year.

No official test is scheduled until a practice score indicates readiness.

GED preparation is not a course of study for visa purposes. No I-20 is issued for this programme, and enrolment is open to students aged eighteen and over.
