Code of Conduct

Ronald Reagan Secondary School may warrant the discipline of students for nonacademic offenses.  This includes conduct which occurred off school grounds or outside of normal school hours.  The following actions are subject to school disciplinary hearings.

·         Violation of local, state, and federal laws regarding the use and consumption of illicit drugs;

·         Endangerment of one’s personal safety of the safety of another member of the Ronald Reagan Secondary School community;

·         Assault, attempt to assault, or threat of assault to a member of the Ronald Reagan Secondary School community;

·         Damage, impair, sabotage, or otherwise render ineffective the property of Ronald Reagan Secondary School.

·         Obstruction, impairment, sabotage, or attempts thereof, of school-run, school-authorized, or school-endorsed activities; and

·         Harassment and bullying of any member of the Ronald Reagan Secondary School community.
